What is it do you think, that makes the elite able to do the things they do to mankind and humanity?
Lack of empathy. Without empathy there is no Love.
Without empathy for your fellow man, you can act and behave in ways, we as normal, loving people, could and would never understand.
This is the reason why so many people are still "asleep". It is not their fault of course as you have to remember that most of those who are still "asleep" are those that, are themselves, living with no empathy.
Why should they care what is happening in other countries? Why should they care about all the suffering, war, death and famine throughout the world? Why should they care about their neighbour? Why should they care when the elderly can not afford to turn on the heating? Why should they worry when innocent people are imprisoned to be a scape-goat for a government agenda? Why should they flutter an eyelid when their own governments make cuts, (that will mostly affect the poorest)banks are bailed out whilst electricity,gas and interest rates go up along side bonuses going up and salaries of the already well off?
I live in a country where the most important things seem to be; football, Eastenders, any kind of reality TV/talent show, gossip about so called "celebrities", money and the size of your house, car and TV. Mobile phones, Blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, iPhone, padphonecanmakeyourteaandtoastphone! Or whatever the latest gadget is. Why should these people care that the places where most of these things are produced, people are worked like slave robots to churn out all this junk that we don't even need, and they are paid next to nothing in return!
These things my friends are not important. All of the above can not, and will not go with you when you leave this world. When we die the only thing we want around us are those we loved. It's the memory of who we are and what we did in life that we leave behind. Did we try to make changes, or did we sit back and just think of self and do nothing? Did we try to make a better world for our children? If so these are the things we will be remembered for....not what size our TV was!
Until we ALL start to change, to really care. Until the materialistic mind set of the western world changes. Until we ALL realise that the minority rule the majority, and WE my friends, the loving people ARE the majority. So stay strong my friends and keep the faith, for it is Love and Empathy that will save the human race from itself.
