Theresa May would like Human Rights Act axed.

So Home Secretary Theresa May would like to see the Human Rights Act axed!

Theresa May

Why? I hear you cry.

Because it would make it easier for the system to do what they like to us humans...or cattle as I am sure they see us.

This is what the act consists of.

Your human rights are:

•the right to life
•freedom from torture and degrading treatment
•freedom from slavery and forced labour
•the right to liberty
•the right to a fair trial
•the right not to be punished for something that wasn't a crime when you did it
•the right to respect for private and family life
•freedom of thought, conscience and religion, and freedom to express your beliefs
•freedom of expression
•freedom of assembly and association
•the right to marry and to start a family
•the right not to be discriminated against in respect of these rights and freedoms
•the right to an education
•the right to participate in free elections
•the right not to be subjected to the death penalty

These are rights we should have as humans any way!

Can you imagine what life would be like if all these rights were taken away from us?

Let us look at them one by one. This is what Theresa May(The government) would like to see gone:

•the right to life
The fact that we are born and we are here already gives us this right. This right to life goes above government, so to say they want it axed means what exactly?
Will Theresa May give new powers to doctors and midwives? It will be up to them to decide who lives and who dies perhaps. Or maybe it will be May herself doing the job...

•freedom from torture and degrading treatment

Judging by this video...looks like that one was axed a long time ago...
This was done to a disabled man in a wheelchair by the police. Needless to say this man felt like he was being tortured whilst also being humiliated/degraded.

•freedom from slavery and forced labour
Well this one to me is just a joke. Freedom from slavery? Forced Labour?

Anybody working for the minimum wage is already laughing at this...
Anybody with a mortgage (mort=death gage=lock) is laughing at this...
Anybody having to pay off interest on a loan, and the repayments don't even touch what you "borrowed" is laughing at this.

We are forced to work if we wish to have some standard of life, but we also have to work to put money in the banks. Without us, there would be no e"con"omy. If we all took our money out the banks tomorrow the system would basically be screwed! I suggest you do this soon anyway. I have already, and as soon as I get paid I take all my wages out over a few days. I don't want my money in the bank any more. What bugs me too is the bank "telling" you how much you can take out! I earned it, I can withdraw it. We should be able to withdraw how much we want, when we want!
The interest you get in a current account/savers account is a joke. Yet they pile on the interest if you "borrow" money!
They are making money from our money, then making even more money from our money, by adding interest!
Santander, the greedy bastards, charge £5 per day, yes per day, if you go overdrawn. What interest do you earn per day for your savings?
(1a)They give these charges all different names, but there is only one name for these "charges" people and that is;

"blatant robbery!"

The banks & government do sweet FA and still make loads of money!
So now do you feel like a "slave"? See how we are forced into "labour"?

Here is what you do next time you are charged for going overdrawn. I know this works as my partner and I have done it. This only works if the overdraft is caused by a standing order or a direct debit. For example, if you have gone £3 or £4 overdrawn because of a DD coming out and they try to charge you £140 (which is what happened to my partner.)
For santander customers only, although I am sure this will also work in other banks too.

1. Use the phone in a BUSY bank and speak to customer service. (The drones behind the counter will not be able to help you.) Speak to them assertively not aggressively. Be angry at the situation not the person on end of phone, it's not their fault and they will be less inclined to help you if you are rude to them.

2. Tell them that you are disgusted that they think they can charge you £140 (or whatever you have been charged) for going so little overdrawn, especially as it's not even strictly your fault. Tell them you don't mind paying one small fee (that's fair enough) but you are not prepared to pay a paid referral fee, an arranged overdraft fee PLUS a non-arranged overdraft fee, for ONE overdraft. (See 1a)

Hopefully at this point they will agree with you and cancel some of the charges, which is what happened to my partner and I.

If not, then...

3. Firstly, say to them you are in a busy branch and if they don't cancel the charges you are going to 'inform' all their customers, at the top of your voice, *insert whatever you wish to say* eg, daylight robbery, legal theft, etc. Basically just scream out "Help!! Bank Rape!" lol You can also threaten to close your account. This, hopefully, will work as they don't want to lose your custom (or your money). They need you (your money) more than you need them.... remember that. If this doesn't work....

4.  Inform them that you will be seeking advice from the Financial Ombudsman. If they still won't budge.....slam down the phone and walk out, trying not to punch anyone.

5. Seek advice from the Financial Ombudsman.

•the right to liberty
lib·er·ty
freedom from control, interference, obligation, restriction, hampering conditions, etc.; power or right of doing, thinking, speaking, etc., according to choice.

We don't even have a say in what they are adding to our air. i.e chemtrails. If our air is not free from "interference", then what does liberty mean to us? Not much.

•the right to a fair trial
Mark Duggan shooting...enough said!

•the right not to be punished for something that wasn't a crime when you did it
In the wake of the London "riots" A man was sentenced to 16 months in prison for licking an ice cream. I do not recall this being a crime, ever under any circumstances. Do you?

•the right to respect for private and family life
The British "Family" Court...should take heed of this one.
They are taking children away from good families and good parents too!
How can we ever have total privacy? We have the most CCTVs here in the UK. More than anywhere in the whole world. Seriously!

•freedom of thought, conscience and religion, and freedom to express your beliefs
....Yeah but not if you have brown skin or you are a Muslim.

"Freedom of thought" But only if you are willing to accept/believe any thing the system tells you. i.e 9/11 or 7/7, then you are quite free to think.

•freedom of expression
The western world government would love this one totally axed!

"Expression" = "Conspiracy theorist" = "thinking" = "expression" = "Truth" = "Threat to them"

•freedom of assembly and association
The Met police recently called for a blanket ban on protests....
This was then lifted following a threat of High Court action! lol
People 1 - Met Police Nil.

the right to marry and to start a family
This is one part of the Human Rights act that won't be axed. They want people to get married because they pay more taxes. They want people to have families because they need the "worker bees" for future 'slavery and forced labour'.

•the right not to be discriminated against in respect of these rights and freedoms

The fact that the home secretary, Theresa May, would like this act axed is a discrimination of our natural human rights and freedoms!

•the right to an education
Yes so you can be brainwashed and conditioned from an early age.
Have you heard of the 9/11 education programme?
(see my earlier blog http://jackienoise.blogspot.com/2011/09/911-education-programme-in-uk.html )

•the right to participate in free elections
Do you really think our votes count? It does not matter anyway, different party, same bullshit! It is only an illusion to make us think we have a choice.

•the right not to be subjected to the death penalty
But only if you upset someone....
Dr. David Kelly, Sean Hoare, Diana Spencer, John Lennon,Mark Duggan.

So as you can see it looks like this act was axed long ago. We are all born with natural rights to be human.

FIGHT FOR YOUR HUMAN RIGHTS, YOU ARE AFTER ALL HUMAN. LOVE AND PEACE.
