Did I have an Angel on my shoulder?

Not sure what this is or was? Spirit Orb? Fly? Angel? Dust? What? It leaves a trail behind it. Weird. I seem to look at it too, almost like I knew it was there. Wtf? I felt strong as I made the BBC video. I think I may of had supprt from a higher realm lol :) I have made this version brighter so we could see the 'object' more.
