Losing Weight The Easy Way......And How To Keep It Off!

In the western world, we are just greedy. We don't know how blessed we are to be able to just open our fridges or cupboards, and just reach for food!
People eat because they are bored, sad, lonely. Why?
Let me just ask you a question. When your petrol tank is full...do you fill it up?
Im sure the answer to this will be NO.
So WHY do we do this to our bodies?

The easiest way to lose weight, is to get hungry. Remember what hunger feels like? Only fill your body WHEN it tells you to. If you are eating for comfort, or eating when you are not even hungry, this will ALWAYS make you put weight on. Ask yourself why you are doing this. Remember stuffing your face when you feel depressed NEVER makes you feel better, specialy when you can't fit into your clothes. It only makes you feel worse. Feeling good about yourself always helps the mind to heal. Excersise will also help your mind heal, and keep the body toned. Take care of your body&mind as it's the only one you have.
